DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Buyer: The individual or entity who places an order through the website (“Buyer”).

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through Metalshoppro.com.

3. Product Information
The type, quantity, dimensions, specifications, and price of the products are as stated on the website and confirmed during the order process.

4. Order and Payment

  • Orders are placed through the website and become valid after payment is successfully completed.
  • The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely via approved payment systems.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • All products are shipped from Türkiye.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
  • For orders within the United States, estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days.
  • International delivery times may vary based on logistics and customs processes.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation & Returns)

  • Standard (non-customized) products may be eligible for return under applicable conditions.
  • Custom-cut or made-to-size products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, especially for international orders.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts that customized products cannot be returned.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If the Buyer receives a damaged or incorrect product:

  • The Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting evidence (photos) must be provided

The Seller will review the claim and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

8. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are listed on the website.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or losses arising from misuse of products.

10. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable international trade laws and regulations.
